SAP Integration
Integrate Loftware Cloud into your SAP systems and improve your labeling processes
Loftware Cloud can be directly connected to SAP systems, typically via SAP interfaces or APIs. This allows for seamless data exchange between SAP and Loftware, for example, in a file-based integration using XML. The relevant SAP data objects for your labels are mapped to the corresponding Loftware Cloud data fields. The label design is carried out in Loftware Cloud, using the Loftware Cloud Designer to reference the linked SAP data fields in the form of variables.
For label printing, the trigger points in SAP must first be defined, such as printing from the delivery transaction or the production order.
The configuration of printer drivers and settings is done in Loftware, and the integration with SAP is achieved by mapping SAP printers to Loftware Cloud printers.
Data Integrity
Relevant data from SAP (e.g., product information, customer details, logistics data) can be used in real-time for label creation. This ensures that the information on the labels is up-to-date and accurate.
Centralized Management
Label templates and content can be centrally managed in Loftware Cloud while the data comes from SAP. This enables consistent labeling across different locations and systems.
